Rules, Workflow and fields

At this BoF we will sketch out how workflows could be managed in Drupal 7, based on a workflow (entity) field and rules – possibly combined with Organic Groups and Content Access.

This discussion stems from the post at http://groups.drupal.org/node/73153

We will also discuss how to maintain the user base for Rules, in terms of support and documentation – possibly copying the "Views Bug Squad" concept.

Workflow adds a state to nodes
Rules is an abstraction of that
- harder to understand, but more flexible
