Room:

In October 2010, the Drupal.org redesign launched. This was the culmination of a multi-year process, and a major milestone for the Drupal community.

Kieran (amazon), Neil (drumm), Chris (chrisstrahl) and Lisa (lisarex) will discuss the ways the Drupal.org redesign has benefited the Drupal community in the short and near future. We’ll also discuss about how the redesign has increased revenue for the Drupal Association as a way to sustain maintenance and development for the *.drupal.org infrastructure, about upcoming features to Drupal.org, and how community volunteers can help the redesign.

If you’re interested in the technical aspects of the drupal.org redesign, see also the session on Under the hood of Drupal.org.

Intended audience:

Anyone with an interest in the Drupal community, SEO, organizing launches of major sites, and contributing to the future of Drupal.org.
