Joel, who is a certified SCRUM master, revels in the challenges associated with being the go-to contact for day-to-day operations on multiple projects. He seemingly solves unique problems with ease, has an eye for ushering beautiful yet practical design, and proposes solutions to simplify processes and products alike.

His natural talent for managing high-quality work under pressure was well suited for his role before Phase2 -- as Traffic & Print Production Manager for Fishbowl Marketing. There, he oversaw the estimation, design, development, and deployment of thousands of national and local eMarketing campaigns.
