Banner + Drupal = Academic Taxonomy
Looking for anyone who is thinking about integrating Banner (Sungard) with Drupal.
Ideas include understanding how Banner associates students with courses, think "academic taxonomy".
Having a grasp of academic taxonomy would allow librarians for example, to associate library content with courses. Deep integration of content between academic systems then becomes possible with a common, controlled vocabulary between systems.
