  • Audience: Who are the possible audiences for community-based training, and which audiences do you focus on?
  • Goals: What are the possible goals of community-based training, and which goals do you focus on?
  • Delivery methods: What forms of training have you tried, and how did they work?
  • Curriculum: What curriculum best meets the goals of the trainees, how was it developed, and how can it be shared?
  • Lessons learned: What lessons have you learned, and how has your practice of providing training evolved?
