Would be great if we turned this into really comprehensive docs

I'm helping to organize the first DrupalCamp W. MA, and having connections in the community has helped *a lot*, but without them, It'd be tougher. I know there are some case studies, but a structured book for the different phases of planning and execution (preferably wiki / checklist format) would be incredibly useful.
