Editorial workflow should be quite trivial when dealing with the small site with just a few writers. Things get complicated when we start to deal with a larger organization, where a lot of people cooperate in process of creating, editing and publishing content on web.

We will explain how to support workflow in a larger group, where different people play different roles in editorial process. Example of larger newspaper company will show us, how can we include authors, editors, managing editors, managers, … in a workflow system supported by Drupal and Rules.
