Deliver efficient and quality products with Drupal

As a Production Manager at Propeope, I’m planning to share some aspects of our company’s production process. Propeople uses a variety of CMS, but Drupal beats them all in terms of delivering efficient and quality advanced products.

The session will cover the internal and external production process we use for Drupal.

Talking about the internal process, I’ll explain how Drupal helps us at Propeople to (1) scale production and have clear development rules, (2) organize internal source code library and optimize our the brain power, (3) ensure quality through easy code review, automated testing, etc., (4) be transparent throughout the whole process.

On the external side, I’ll share the Drupal success stories we have with some of our biggest clients: (1) integrate Drupal as a platform for editing multiple Partner Sites for a large bank, (2) integrate Drupal as an editorial system and connect it with the company’s internal LDAP and active directory services, (3) integrate Drupal as an intranet portal, (4) integrate Drupal for a highly scalable platform.
