We'll discuss how we communicate with clients and manage expectations, and how Drupal works as the technical backbone of this process. We'll also touch on lessons learned and things we do differently after 10 years of doing business.
Intended audience:
Anyone interested in improving their Drupal project workflow, especially in combining design and development. This session should help those taking on more roles in Drupal projects, as well as those who already wear many hats and are interested in doing so more efficiently.
