Beginner As mobile communication and social networks expand, e-mail remains a key method for organizations to reach their audiences. Drupal offers many email communication solutions that fall into three categories: Drupal-native (e.g., SimpleNews), third party integration (e.g., the Email Marketing Framework), and hybrid solutions (e.g., CiviMail). This session will explore the pros and cons of each approach. We will demonstrate the modules listed above, including some real-world examples.
Intended audience:
This session is for anyone interested in integrating e-mail marketing/list management with their Drupal site. Attendees should already be familiar with module installation and know how to set up a stock Drupal site.
