* Every site you build is better than the last one.
* You want to disown the site you built this time last year.
* Everyday you have to resist the temptation to scrap your site and rebuild it based on the latest thing you've learnt.
How many of these can you relate to? You learn from experience, you learn from mistakes and it's inevitable with a platform that evolves as quickly as Drupal that there's a constant discovery of new techniques and modules.
At i-KOS we suffer from this problem just as much as everyone else, so we have built our R&D and production workflow to embrace rather than avoid this phenomenon.
This session follows up on the initial findings I presented at DrupalCon Copenhagen (sharpen your axe- how we reduced development time by more than 80%) to describe our most effective time saving techniques and the evolution of our Startpoint system.

A couple of people have asked if this is the same session I presented at DrupalCon Copenhagen. I don't plan on presenting the same session as there's another six months of experience with this process to talk about now. Drupal never stops evolving!
