In spirit of "10 years of Drupal" commemoration comes a short fun presentation "History of Druplicon" what pushes to the nostalgia button
of the audience. There are likely other Drupal history related talks in Drupalcon so this talk tried to focus on branding side of the Drupal legacy.

The contents of the session are roughly outlined in
"History of Drupal logo" timeline http://kika.trip.ee/drupal_logos, but for is a plan to run couple of deeper interviews (and extract best moments from them) with some of the key figures in early Drupal design / branding, including Michael Angeles, Bert Boertland and hopefully even Steven "Lost Son of Drupal" Wittens.

The presenter already run a somewhat similar presenation "Short History of Drupal" http://www.drupalcamp.lv/sessions/short-history-drupal in DrupalCamp Baltics in Riga, Latvia in 25. September 2010. Feedback from that event will also shape the upcoming "History of Druplicon" presentation.

There is also a related surprise download announced during the presentation.

Intended audience:

"Drupal vets" who where there in the early years + just about anybody who's interested in bits of Drupal historical trivia.
