The details of these tasks are important to understand early in a project. Whether you manage projects with a client or with a consultant, the plan always comes together much better when the expectations of both parties align.
Attendees can expect to gather best practices for solidifying expectations early on in a project and tracking to those expectations throughout the entire project.
