No one wants to copy and paste content from an old site, database, spreadsheet or document into your Drupal site -- it’s time consuming and prone to human error. Drupal provides a fantastic development framework and some great modules that help import content into your site. Specifically, we will cover best practices for using existing data import modules, including the Feeds and Services modules. We will also cover writing custom import scripts. A variety of real-world examples will be demonstrated.
