Over the past year, NPR has developed a pair of turn-key web platforms for public radio stations. This session will walk through this journey: from a vanilla drupal 7 (alpha) install, through the pilot process, to the finished products.

It will touch upon a wide variety of topics: team dynamics and the agile process; module choices; server architecture; finding drupal talent; working with pilot clients; integration with third-party software; developing and managing an install profile; contributing back to drupal.
