Advanced The Migrate module has undergone a complete rewrite for V2, and is now much more flexible (as well as available for both Drupal 6 and Drupal 7) . Data sources are now fully pluggable, and the OO architecture supports overriding of any default behavior. One application of this new-found adaptibility is a general-purpose WordPress importer, sponsored by Acquia and implemented by Cyrve.
Intended audience:
Developers dealing with migrating data into Drupal.
Anyone interesting in migrating from other platforms (particulary WordPress) into Drupal.
