Your design sucks as a Drupal theme

You get a design file, you open it, looks awesome, but wait how am I going to build this in Drupal? The designers, project managers, and clients you work with don't care how you build the Drupal site they just want it to look exactly like the mock up.

Being awesome you know that it’s more than just that. The site must look great, be easy to use (for regular users and site admins), built in a way that's flexible and extensible, and be cross browser compatible. I will cover tips for building sites from a themer/site builder perspective.

Intended audience:

Designers, themers, site administrators and Drupal newbies.
