Room:
Missouri
Time slot:
March 9th, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Public data warehouse sites are all the rage - data.gov, data.worldbank.org, and reportedly data-specific sites for many states, cities, and other NGOs are on the way. Every one of them appears to be reinventing significant parts of the wheel - and every one of them could be better if they made better use of the social and content management tools built into Drupal. Who out there is using Drupal today to set up public open data sites? Who out there wants to? Who wants to explore building a Drupal distribution focused on building such sites? What kinds of features should such a distro have?
