Open drop-in Labs learning model

At Advantage Labs we have been conducting weekly open Lab sessions for our clients. It's a model for developing a Drupal community of practice. Attendees come weekly to work on Drupal projects, share best practices, problem solve, brainstorm and learn.

In and of itself this model is replicable and valuable. If you are a Drupal consultant or company, combining the Lab session with other key services it can be part of a sustainable business model. Lab sessions are a major part of our company's business model. The suite of services we offer along with Labs makes Drupal a sustainable option for our clients as well.
