Tsunami: An opinionated profile for Drupal 8

If the standard Drupal download is a "product," who is it good for? Site builders? Developers? Bloggers?

Most of us are use Drupal as a framework for building, and quickly brush aside the minimal "product" functionality that comes pre-configured with the core installation. "Tsunami" is a plan to change that, by building a useful core profile that configurs Drupal for the needs of small groups and organizations that need to collaborate and tell others about their passion.

At this BOF, we'll be ironing out the details of the Tsunami user persona, brainstorming effective use cases, and ironing out what needs it won't attempt to fill.
