Speaker Agreement

Congratulations on being selected as a speaker, as per your proposal, for the DrupalCon conference to be held at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers from March 7-10, 2010!

This letter memorializes your Agreement with DrupalCon, Inc., for you to present the following: ________________ (lecture/presentation/panel discussion participation/demonstration). We reserve the right to revise the event schedule or to cancel your presentation should registration or other program conditions dictate. Notifications of changes in schedule or cancellation will be made as soon as practicable.

DrupalCon, Inc., proposes for Presenter to appear as a speaker or panelist at one or more DrupalCon conference presentations and to present oral, written, audio, and/or visual information (collectively the “Presentation”). As a condition of Presenter’s appearance and presentation, and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree to the following:

Presenter hereby grants DrupalCon, Inc., a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/) to the recording of the Presentation.

DrupalCon, Inc., shall have the right to use the Presenter’s name, voice, likeness, and similar characteristics for the purpose of advertising, promoting, selling, and otherwise promoting DrupalCon and the Presentation.

DrupalCon, Inc. reserves the right to edit or remove content from any material provided for or at the conference that is libelous, obscene, inaccurate, offensive or otherwise inappropriate as determined in DrupalCon, Inc.’s sole discretion.

If facility or conference constraints necessitate any modifications to equipment, scheduling or logistical requirements for your presentation, DrupalCon, Inc. will promptly notify you of such requirements as soon as practicable.
