Michael Caccavano

As President, Michael Caccavano maintains oversight of Phase2's organizational health, with a particular emphasis on financial and human capital, relationship cultivation, and talent development. Known for his infectious enthusiasm and ambitious vision, he seeks to create deeper partner relationships, stronger financial performance, and a company culture that fosters innovation, excellence, and a tight-knit, family feel.

Prior to joining Phase2, Michael was the founder and CEO of Treehouse Agency (acquired by Phase2 in 2012). As leader of Treehouse, he sustained year-over-year revenue growth exceeding 50% per year while building a team of top talent known as much for their collective personality as their brilliance. During his career, Michael has provided strategic, technical, and management expertise to a variety of organizations including Bristol Myers Squibb, Universal Television, Lifetime Networks, and CBS.

A creative thinker and computer enthusiast from his earliest years, Michael holds a B.S. from SUNY Albany in Information Science and Technology, a multi-disciplinary program incorporating elements of the existing Information and Computer Science majors, with a dual minor in Business and Chinese.
